Born: 12 June 1992, Maidstone, Kent, England.Â
Georgina Campbell’s breakthrough role came in the critically acclaimed drama series “Murdered by My Boyfriend” (2014), where she portrayed Ashley Jones, a young woman caught in an abusive relationship. Her raw and powerful performance earned her widespread praise and recognition, including a BAFTA TV Award for Best Actress.Â
Campbell’s next big role came in the critically acclaimed anthology series “Black Mirror” (2016). In the episode titled “Hang the DJ,” she portrayed Amy, a young woman navigating a futuristic dating system.
Continuing to demonstrate her range as an actress, Campbell delivered another memorable performance in the science fiction anthology series “Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams” (2017).
Campbell also left an impact on crime drama enthusiasts through her involvement in the popular series “Broadchurch.” In its third season (2017), she played Daisy Hardy, the daughter of main character DI Alec Hardy.
