Growing up in a creative household, Florence Pugh was exposed to the world of acting from an early age. Her father, Clinton Pugh, is a restaurateur, and her mother, Deborah, works as a dancer and dance teacher. Pugh’s brother, Toby Sebastian, is also an actor.
Florence Pugh attended the Wychwood School in Oxford, where she developed a strong foundation in performing arts. Despite her young age, Pugh demonstrated a maturity and dedication that set her apart from her peers. Her passion for acting led her to pursue further education at the St. Edward’s School in Oxford, where she continued to refine her craft.
Florence Pugh’s breakthrough came in 2014 when she starred in the independent drama film “The Falling.” Her portrayal of the rebellious and troubled Abbie earned critical acclaim, showcasing her ability to convey complex emotions with depth and authenticity.
