Jonas Armstrong is a talented British actor who has made his mark in the entertainment industry. Raised in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, England, Jonas developed an early passion for acting and storytelling.
During his formative years, Jonas attended Arnold School and later went on to study at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London.
One of Armstrong’s most notable roles came when he portrayed the legendary outlaw Robin Hood in the popular BBC television series “Robin Hood.” His portrayal captivated audiences with his charm, witt, and skillful archery.
Following this breakthrough role as Robin Hood, Jonas continued to showcase his versatility by taking on various characters across different genres. He appeared in films such as “Bookaboo” (2010), “Walking with the Enemy” (2013), and “Edge of Tomorrow” (2014). Additionally, he graced television screens in shows like “Ripper Street” (2012), “The Bay” (2019) and “Line of Duty” (2021).
