Colin Baker’s early life was marked by a move to Rochdale at the age of three, where he later attended St Bede’s College in Manchester. Excelling in academics, Baker achieved A grades in French, Latin and Greek A’ Levels. His aptitude for languages, particularly Latin and Greek, was evident in his outstanding performance in these subjects.
Colin Baker’s educational journey continued as he pursued law at a London college, initially training to become a solicitor. However, at the age of 23, his career took a dramatic turn when he enrolled at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), setting the stage for his future in acting.
