Born: 20 January 1934, Vauxhall, Liverpool, England. 

Thomas Joseph Baker, better known as Tom Baker, embarked on a journey that would lead him to become one of the most iconic figures in science fiction television. His early life was marked by academic struggles and a passion for the arts, particularly acting.

Despite his academic challenges, Baker’s love for performance led him to pursue a theatrical career. He developed his craft in repertory theatre and made his television debut in 1965.
