Coming from a prominent family, Gabriella Wilde’s early life was filled with creativity and privilege. Her mother, Vanessa Hubbard (née Mary Teresa Anstruther), is an artist while her father is businessman John Austen Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe. Growing up surrounded by artistry and sophistication influenced Gabriella’s passion for the arts.

After completing her education at Heathfield School in Ascot, Berkshire, she decided to pursue a career in modelling before transitioning into acting. This decision opened doors for her in the fashion industry as she worked with renowned brands such as L.K.Bennett and Burberry.

Gabriella Wilde made her debut on the silver screen with small roles like “St Trinian’s 2: The Legend of Fritton’s Gold” (2009) but it was her breakthrough role as Constance Bonacieux in “The Three Musketeers” (2011) that garnered attention for both her beauty and talent.

Gabriella Wilde’s most notable role to date is the character of Caroline Penvenen in the TV series Poldark. Caroline Penvenen is a beautiful and intelligent heiress, known for her striking looks and vivacious personality.
