Mini Biography
Born: 28 March 1972, Hornchurch, London, England.

Nick Frost attended Beal High School in Ilford. When he was 15, his parents’ furniture business failed, leading to the loss of their family home. This hardship compelled Frost to leave school and take a job with a shipping company to help support his family. Later, he spent two years working at an Israeli kibbutz before returning to England.
Nick Frost’s major film and television roles often feature his frequent collaborations with actor Simon Pegg and director Edgar Wright. He really hit his stride with the TV comedy series “Spaced”, playing the character Mike Watt from 1999 to 2001. This led to his prominent role as Ed in the zombie comedy “Shaun of the Dead” (2004), which marked his film debut.

He continued to build on this success with roles like PC Danny Butterman in the action-comedy “Hot Fuzz” (2007) and Andy Knightley in the science fiction comedy “The World’s End” (2013), completing what is known as the “Three Flavours Cornetto” trilogy.
Beyond these collaborations, Frost has also appeared in films such as “Paul” (2011), which he co-wrote with Pegg, “Attack the Block” (2011), “Snow White and the Huntsman” (2012) and “Fighting with My Family” (2019). He’s also appeared on TV shows like “Sick Note”, “Hyperdrive”, “Man Stroke Woman” and “Into the Badlands”.

He is a supporter of West Ham United and the England national football team. He has also been a rugby player. Frost has spoken about a challenging childhood, including his mother’s struggles with alcoholism and the deaths of close family members. He is a patron of Humanists UK.
